Olivia Hopkins, DM, LCSW

I am here for you. I am a Licensed Clinical  Social Worker who has been practicing since 2016. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.  I also have a Doctorate of Management in Healthcare Management and Leadership from Colorado Technical University. I have spent my career working with all ages from children to the elderly.  I specialize in counseling adolescents, young adults, and members of the LGBTQIA community. I have worked in inpatient hospital settings as well as outpatient. My goal is to empower my clients to achieve their goals and work through processing their personal challenges. My style of therapy is Client-Centered and Solution-Focused approach that uses CBT that allows me to help guide you through your journey of growth, healing, and self-awareness.

I have worked with clients through a multitude of challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, abuse, trauma, psychosis, and more.  And I am here to help support you overcome obstacles in your way as well as setting and achieving SMART goals to help motivate you to keep moving forward.   If you are ready to take that step then I am ready to hear from you.

I love the theatre and have a bachelor's from the University of Texas at Arlington in Theatre Arts. I am also into crafting, DIY projects, and music. So I have a strong understanding of the need to find healthy creative ways to express yourself. I also enjoy playing roller derby and hanging out with my three dogs. Feel free to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so that you can learn more about me and we can see if we will be a good fit for each other. I look forward to hearing from you.
