My goal as a therapist is to provide you education and support so you that can live a life driven by your values - not your anxieties or traumas. I offer evidenced based therapy to help clients who feel stuck. I approach therapy from a strengths-based, solution focused philosophy drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES).
In my practice, I collaborate with adults to help them develop the skills of self-compassion and self-kindness so they can work toward accomplishing the goals in their life rather than waiting for perfection.
