Can I use my insurance?

Maybe. You'll need to check with your therapist to see whether or not they are in network, or planning to be in network with your insurance provider. If you don't see your insurance listed, we will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Something came up, I need to cancel...

Show

You are free to cancel your appointment through the client portal or by emailing your therapist.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to a late fee equal to your session charge. If you pay for sessions with insurance, your late fee is based on the total of your co-pay and your insurance company's reimbursement.

I'm ready to move forward, now what?
